其实针对年龄大的病人成功率都不会太高
可能大家都网上看到了，有些美国试管婴儿中介为了混淆视听，怂恿大家去美国尝试他们指定的某个试管婴儿诊所，就刻意去诋毁中国试管婴儿的成功率低下，而标榜美国的试管成功率可以高过88%，其实他们不想，也不会让你们知道的是：只有少数病人可以有很多囊胚来做PGS胚胎染色体的活检分析，活检之后又有多少个合格的胚胎呢？寥寥无几！就算PGS活检分析合格的胚胎，也有可能多次植入失败哦！美国PGS后的胚胎植入成功率高，是靠胚胎的高淘汰率去换来的！
那么真相是什么？
迪翊咨询首先强调我们中国试管的经验技术水平并不差，缺乏的是一对一的医疗服务意识和体系，而美国第三代PGS胚胎染色体检查要淘汰或者索性全军覆没的胚胎太多了，而且个别病人也可能屡次植入PGS合格的胚胎不成功！只不过到了美国可以合理合法的代孕和借卵而已！
近期有个病人的连续给自己的美国代理孕母植入PGS检测后正常胚胎，但是连续失败，这也让美国试管婴儿医生也坐立不安的发来了解释信：

The chance of success depends not only on whether the embryos are PGS normal, but also other aspects of their quality (e.g., physical appearance, rate of growth, stage of growth at the time of the transfer, MitoSure-score related issues), quality of the uterus (e.g., the thickness and quality of the lining, the history of the woman receiving the transfer, and other factors) that the embryo is being transferred into, the ease of the embryo transfer (and related factors), timing of the embryo transfer, laboratory factors (e.g., the experience of the laboratory staff), and environmental and other factors. So it is complicated.
That being said, our clinic has exceeding high pregnancy rates when these factors are optimized, which they are in many of the cases we do. When all is optimal, rates are approximately 80%. For example, we have 11 pregnancies in our last 13 transfers over the past couple of weeks.
I do not believe any fertility center in the United States offers more consistently high pregnancy rates for women who have either a high or low prognosis for success. That being said, even the highest prognosis patient occasionally has an egg retrieval cycle that does not yield consistently high quality eggs,and it is like a failure in egg donation case as well for which we choose to work with the younger women with better ovarian reserves. Over the years many such patients have needed additional cycles to succeed. When that happens, I am very disappointed, but I am thrilled when they succeed. Anyone who knows me, knows how distressed by a negative pregnancy test. I care for each of my patients greatly and I take my responsibility to them most seriously. Tony, the truth is that here no one cares more than I do.
It's incredibly difficult for a patient when they fail. It's incredibly hard for you when a patient fails – that’s one of the reasons I appreciate the work that you do. And believe me, it’s incredibly difficult for me. I understand. By working together, we can maximize the probability that all women who can become pregnant,though not absolutely everyone succeeds via one cycle.
