刚刚说到美国代孕总是几家欢喜几家愁啊。。。 迪翊咨询看到令人振奋的消息之外，还不得不给一些没有好运的病人翻译不好的消息。。。 这不今天得到好消息的同时，美国试管婴儿诊所还传来了坏消息，解释了特别多的囊胚阶段发育情况的术语和现象，总之是表达了不看好再等待一天， 在第6天胚胎还有缓慢发育成囊胚的机会哦，实在不行，也只能舍弃这批胚胎了， 下次再来美国取卵咯。。。 所以，这里也请大家看看美国试管婴儿诊所实验室发来的令人失望的消息：

Here is your Day 5 Update: Today we would like to see blastocyst development. We grade blastocysts on their expansion: Early Blastocyst to Expanding to Expanded to Fully Expanded to a Hatching Blastocyst.  Next we give two grades for a blastocyst.  First we grade the inner cell mass (the cells that lead to fetal tissue) on a good-fair-poor scale.  Second we grade the outer cells (the cells that form the placenta) on a good-fair-poor scale. We only give early blastocysts one overall grade because they are just beginning to differentiate their cells. 

Unfortunately, the embryo is still in the multi-cellular stage at this point and does not appear to be moving forward.  We will continue to watch the embryo until tomorrow (D6).  If the embryo does not make it to blastocyst by tomorrow, we recommend discarding this embryo.  Please respond and confirm that you are OK with us discarding the embryo if it does not move forward.
